5 workout to keep you in shape

You often see people running, going to the gym or killing them selfves with strick diet, but let me tell you something, you can workout and still eat plenty enough to satisfy your Hunger !

But the big question is.. Are you willing to workout as much as you eat ?

If you are; I will tell you to brace your self, because those workouts.. they may seem simple but they feel like hell!

WORKOUT

•60minutes of jumping jack (warmup)

• Jump squats 10 reps (x10)
• Knee push ups to shoulder press 10 reps(x5)
• Mountain climbers 10 reps (x3)

•Lunges (until failure)

1.Have a good breakfast always.
2.drink plenty of water.
3. Don't rest for too long in-between exercise.
4. Sleep is really important 
   (6-8 Hours)

It's gonna be hard but it'll be worth it.

Workout like this till you’re able to repeat it 3x

This is a really good workout, it builds lean muscle and burn fat.
