Tips on how to lose weight that really helped me out

When I started I was chubby, but not really Chubby at the same time, I came to learn that I was skinny fat, meaning I didn’t have alot of muscle mass. Everybody had their own advice on how to lose fat and dieting, I didn’t know how to approach this new lifestyle, so I started listening to them; from cutting on carbs and doing alot of cardio with no results even if I trained for months on end. I was about to give up honestly… I didn’t know what to do and it hurt me. I took it upon my self to do my own thing and not listen to what everyone else had to say, and guess what, I started seeing some really heart warming results, it made me happy and I became stronger.

The tips that I’ll give you are simple : )

  1. Always believe in your self, that’s the key to achieving what ever goals you aim for.
  2. Don’t fear food, it is the most important thing to rely on when training hard or even dieting.
  3. A 15 minutes hiit session can go a long way from feeling like a potato to looking like a champion.
  4. Lift heavy weights to build the muscle mass you lack, you’ll feel great, look awesome and become very strong.
  5. when lifting weights at the gym don’t focus solely on isolated movement like dumbbell curls, instead do deadlift, bench press, pull ups and squats, as for abs; hanging knee raise and planks, even if my tummy was hanging like a chandelier while doing planks haha. (Keep pushing forward)
  6. Don’t second guess your self when everything is not going great, “your will to perform is what determines your outcome”.

we all have our stories and we all go through hardships, I hope my tips were helpful for all those who are struggling out there.
