For a foodie when trying to lose weight; the hardest part is the calorie deficit, because your body is in tune with the amount of food you usually consume it’s gonna feel like your stomach is turning inside out for the first 4-5 day’s of dieting.
The second phase is the more adaptable part, you won’t be as hungry as you used to be but it will be a mental habit you’ll have to break ! It’s gonna be bother some, opening the fridge constantly just because of habit, but I guarantee it’s gonna stop in a few days (depending on your mental strength)
For a more bigger person they personally won’t noticed the change, but trust me people around you will! The first and the second week you’ll be losing 5-8kg and more if you’re doing some kind of exercise.
In around a month or so you’ll be seeing significant change in overall body weight and fitness, but wait till you reach the second month or 3rd month. Depending on your weight you’ll know when it’s the right time to joing a gym, that will help you break through the wall you’ll face after some time when you reach 80kg. For people on or under 80kg body weight, then you’re around the ideal weight to hit some heavy metal(weight lifting) if not it’s gonna take you longer too lose that excess fat.
While in the gym focus on overall workout such as deadlift, join a hiit class if beneficial aswell, and mix some general weight lifting and isolated Workout to burn specific areas that you’re having a hard time burning. The muscle mass will help reduce the amount of excess skin that will remain.(recommend using a protein powder to help build some muscle mass faster, and if you easily get skin breakouts(use a dairy free protein supplements)
And within 6month you will look amazing, that I can say.. ohhh and after the first 3 weeks of your diet slowly start introducing a healthy amount of calories to your diet it will help you trick your body into burning more fat : )
I hope this will help out in some way, thank you for reading.
