You are what you eat is the quote of the centre but that’s not all, because the way you manage your lifestyle is just as important. Eating healthy is part of that lifestyle !! but also being moderately active; for starters the type of habits you have determined how your body is conditioned for it, if you have a bad diet and you’re lazy your body will function that way because that’s how you’ve condition it! You get my drift..
To get out of those bad habits is the real challenge, because like anything you’re not used to doing it’s gonna take it’s toll on you “mentally” and “physically” so you start slow and work your way up from there but it also depends on your mental strength. You absolutely need to believe in your self!! Believe you’ll achieve what you set your mind on!
I can’t tell you the steps because we all have our own, but I can tell you that it has to start somewhere and Don’t make excuses because it will always hold you back from progress and self improvement.
